Refund policy

We want you to love your invitation. Here is exactly what happens if something goes wrong.

Before we start

If you change your mind before you have sent us your details, we refund the full amount.

If we can't deliver

If we can't deliver your invitation, for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.

Corrections are free

You see a private preview before sharing. We fix spelling, dates, times, venues and photo choices free of charge until you are happy. Signature also includes text changes until the wedding day.

After you approve and share

Once you approve the preview and the invitation has been shared, the work is complete, so we can't offer a refund. We will still fix any mistake of ours.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. To ask for one, message us at Instagram @curatedchronicles_.
